Unity Ads PPC Specialist Full Time

We need someone with proven experience in Unity Ads for The Otaku Box and EcchiToons, generating subscriptions for a monthly anime box and monthly manga magazine. You must

Have proven experience with a minimum spend of $ 10,000 / month in Unity
Being able to come up with and instruct front-end designers and developers to create engaging ads / offers and funnels that get clicks and conversions.
Be able to meet CPA (realistic but not a walk in the park)
Be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. M. At 5:00 p. M. CET
Being able to get ad approval for our content (will take a bit of creative thinking)

What would earn you bonus points during the hiring process
Experience in the anime niche
Remote work experience, preferably using Asana
Experience with other alternative ad networks like Snapchat, Outbrain and others
Enjoy anime and / or manga
You will be supported by
Our CMO
Graphics and front-end designers
Video producer
Advanced analytics
Large amounts of demographic information on leads and customers

That means you
You must be incredibly motivated and really eager to create (and demonstrate) your ROI
Must be very communicative in Asana.
Will work closely with the CEO / CMO
You cannot be afraid to work in a position that requires you to perform.
You really shouldn’t worry about fluff (think anything made by a Silicon Valley startup …) and you should be concerned about ROI
It shouldn’t hurt your feelings easily
Profits
100% remote
Compensation is base +% of expense
No bullshit, just performance. Good performance? Earn more money with performance incentives
