About this opportunity:
As the US Partner Sales Leader, you will manage a team of US Partner Sales Managers who are responsible for executing the business development strategy with HashiCorp’s system integrators, resellers and cloud partners. . This team drives all aspects of identifying, evaluating and executing large-scale partnerships and transactions with the potential to have a significant impact on the overall direction of the company. Our ideal candidate has proven experience in managing complex partnerships, strategy setting, driving business and technical alignment, and communicating with internal and external executives. You will be tasked with leading our team of channel sales professionals managing specialized partners that contribute to both revenue and customer success through implementation services in North America.
In this role, you can expect:
Directly oversee the Americas organization’s partner sales managers, partner business forecasting goals, objectives, and initiatives while establishing short- and long-term partner sales strategies and effectiveness with the leader global partner sales. In this role, you will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate our North America sales and partner services strategy.
You will be responsible for developing strategic “sale with” and “partner sourcing” revenue goals and driving partner success against those goals. He will represent HashiCorp as the US partner sales leader for our joint business development planning process with partners developing mutual performance objectives, goals and critical milestones.
The ideal candidate will possess a business experience that allows them to participate at the CXO level, as well as a sales experience that allows them to easily interact with customers and sales / field reps. The candidate must also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, solutions, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
