InMotion Hosting is searching for a Senior Business Development Representative to source, qualify, and nurture new sales leads for one of our newest product lines.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the processes, workflow and success of a new product line. Get a start-up environment with the financial backing and stability of an established and growing company!

We’re looking for someone who will take a proactive approach to researching leads and starting new relationships. This role has a direct impact on boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability for an established industry leader.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate new leads and find new potential sales outlets while building relationships to nurture warm prospects
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage enterprise clients
  • Identify best practices to optimize the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Communicate our value propositions to prospects and determine quality of lead
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow up emails to contact and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Work hand in hand with Account Executives to guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Maintain and upkeep the Sales CRM (HubSpot)
  • Identify and report on customer needs, pain-points and expectations

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years outbound Sales/Business Development experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong perseverance and determination
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Tools like, ZoomInfo etc.
  • Experience using LinkedIn as a sales outreach tool
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to find, utilize and optimize a variety of prospecting tools and programs
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Technical aptitude as it relates to the web hosting industry highly preferred
  • Experience utilizing sales CRMs, HubSpot preferred

The annual salary for this position starts at $50,000+ with annual bonus potential of $20,000+
