Production assistant coordinator Full Time

What you will do
Responsible for tracking all orders from purchase to delivery; responsible for the timely fulfillment of all orders.
Manage the progress of testing, production and order staging; help coordinate orders that are ready for shipment.
Coordinate internally and externally to maintain schedules and active communications so that unnecessary delays do not occur; keep projects on track with a proactive outreach to all parties involved (account managers, production, prepress, shipping coordinator, etc.).
Troubleshoot stagnant projects as a liaison between the parties by being a skilled communicator / translator (communication relies mainly on email and internal systems, but sometimes phone communication is also required).
Co-manage the complaint resolution process together with the supplier manager and the supply chain director; communicate status and results to account manager for customer messaging (primarily a non-customer-facing role with some limited customer communication).
Maintain the production capabilities spreadsheet together with Vendor Manager & amp; Supply Chain Director; Develop and maintain the knowledge base of current production capabilities and the capabilities of all our suppliers.
Help with the management of storage inventories in our production network; reconciliation of surplus and low, additional fees, etc.
