Our Celtra Studio team is seeking a lead Account Manager to join our team on a 6 month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent full time role, which will focus on providing creative services and solutions that were sold quickly. Growth companies predominantly in the US The responsibility for this role will be to co-own a growing portfolio of clients and help drive new business goals and revenue growth. We are looking for tech-savvy, customer-focused candidates trained in customer relationship management and creative teams.
Studio is Celtra’s own digital creative agency that helps clients successfully produce and launch a variety of digital advertising experiences in various digital formats and channels using Celtra’s proprietary software. You would join a creative team that works directly with the world’s most advanced brands to provide them with creative, consulting, and production services. It would also play a role in shaping the future of our innovative solutions and support Celtra, a pioneer in creative automation and creative enablement, with a mission to drive the future of marketing technology.
As Senior Account Director, you will have the opportunity to work with Studio’s globally diverse team to create a new solution for marketing automation while leading a portfolio of clients on their journey to creative success.
Develop and deliver creative services, campaign tasks, production results, or other solutions that have already been sold in
Build a strong and positive relationship with a portfolio of clients, explore opportunities for repeat income by selling additional creative solutions and services in collaboration with business development.
Create, maintain and organize the necessary documentation and records; responsible for the quality of documentation and creative and campaign deliverables
Oversee and prepare resources and budgets of the creative and campaign team collaborating with the business development team and other cross-functional departments
Review, verify quality, and report inconsistencies with prescribed specifications for shipped materials
Track and communicate creative and campaign status, plans, issues, schedules, action items, and billing sheets
Communicate, document and archive the activities and decisions of the campaign; act as primary contact for creative and campaign-related communication with clients
Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project monitoring and reporting between milestones.
Agency experience, knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and modern creative services
Over 5 years of digital creative experience, exposure to SaaS is a bonus
Advanced understanding and ability to meet established quality standards.
Strong customer relationship building skills, proven through lasting relationships that have grown in scope of work and income.
Asana or related software for task management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to identify and improve when creative work does not adhere to the technical and creative specifications of the specific product.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with creative team members.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
