Twitter is looking for seasoned Strategy & Operations leader to design, drive and deliver central systems and processes that will enable operational excellence in the execution of strategy, accountability and collaboration across Twitter with a significant focus on the Experience Organization – Twitter’s product development organization. The Director of Central Strategy & Operations will make an immediate impact at Twitter through their strong operational and agile transformation experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Twitter leadership and design and deliver successful processes resulting in an expansion to additional company-wide operational excellence priorities.

We work with the C-Suite and partner with leadership of each of the Twitter functions, to promote strategic decision-making and efficient execution of the corporate strategy thereby enabling high performing organizations to deliver on the Twitter’s Company Objectives and ultimately our purpose.
The Central S&O Lead is a new and unique role – to enable the organization to scale and deliver on our longer term ambitions. The Lead is expected to lead a small team to drive and deliver best-in-class central systems and processes, to enable the entire organization to benefit from operational excellence resulting in greater confidence in the execution of strategy, increased accountability and improved collaboration.
