Our team and products
We are a growing startup in the Workforce Management space that has fully embraced remote working since 2017. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we have more than 60 employees in 13 different countries. We created PayrollPanda.my and Jibble.io, founded in 2015 and 2016, respectively. PayrollPanda is Malaysia’s leading cloud payroll software, and Jibble is a globally available time clock solution.
Our latest investment round was valued at $ 33 million, with our ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growing by more than 300% annually as we move closer to becoming the leading HR SaaS company in Southeast Asia, with more than 2000 paying customers in all 50+ different countries.
You will be the first point of contact and responsible for answering the basic questions of customer service, engagement and satisfaction. We use Intercom as a CRM / Customer Support tool.
What will you do:
Respond to inquiries and product issues in a timely manner
Identify and escalate second-line support issues to the correct channels (such as bugs, refunds)
Support cases to the sales team for cases related to pricing and payments
Proactively sell Jibble features of our products and offer / schedule customer demos
Work with the Product team to ensure feature requests are captured and prioritized.
Who are we looking for:
You can work shifts (Night / Weekends)
Either you are a native English speaker or you possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
You are very confident on the phone and in writing.
You understand urgency, you know how to prioritize tasks, and when necessary, you multitask between customer requests.
You should be able to understand technical jargon and should not break down when trying to answer fairly technical questions
