Job Description

Do you enjoy flexibility and the ability to work from home? Achieve provides virtual prep courses to increase students’ likelihood of earning college credits via credit-by-exam. We are a fully virtual organization with all team members working 100% remotely.

We are looking for Customer Service focused individuals looking to join our team as trainees. We offer paid training and guaranteed job placement for all candidates who successfully complete our training program.

Some of the GREAT JOBS available after training are: IT Support Desk Representative, Sales Support Representative, Customer Service Representative, Accounts Receivable Representative, Customer Retention Specialist, AND MORE! All jobs will be 100% phone or chat based, taking inbound calls and chats and making outbound calls to customers for the duration of each shift. Both entry level and experienced positions are available.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must be able to write and speak fluent English
  • Passionate about Customer Service, with a minimum of 1 year of job experience
  • Must be available Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM for training for the first 30 days. After training, shifts are available during our business hours Mon – Fri 8 am – 9 pm EST and Sat – Sun 9am – 5pm EST – 24/7 for Level 1 Answering Service and Chat Team Positions). Full and Part Time schedules available.
