As creative director of Docebo, you will oversee all creative aspects of the Docebo brand, raising the brand to the highest level. By working with key stakeholders throughout the organization, you are responsible for elevating the Docebo brand through the touchpoints of the digital space while leading, advising and inspiring an internal team of passionate creatives including: graphic designers, designers web and video specialists. You will lead with passion, creativity and curiosity, building and executing brand guidelines, leading creative marketing campaigns and executions, and ensuring that an exceptional level of consistency and quality is achieved. Above all, you will put Docebo customers at the center of everything you create while motivating your team to achieve business goals.

You’ll:
Creative leadership and team leadership:
Develop the Docebo brand guidelines and the implementation of creative governance throughout the organization.
Lead concept development and creative ideation for all creative assets to ensure business objectives are met.
Strategize and execute industry-leading content in the form of consistent branded series including but not limited to: podcasts, video series, and newsletters to meet specific growth goals.
Oversee the design and execution of all brand elements, ensuring consistency and quality across all brands and channels, playing a critical role in building a company-centric brand.
Together with the product marketing team, support Docebo’s go-to-market strategy with new products to achieve OKR acquisition and adoption.
Propose and execute creative innovation outside the box and support a culture of innovation and design thinking.
Translate marketing goals into clear creative strategies while ensuring brand standards and visual communication are met along the way.
Manage the professional development of video specialists, graphic designers and web designers.
Inspire, motivate and coach a team of creative professionals to deliver the highest quality creative assets.
Oversee budget and resource planning, working with external vendors and internal departments.
Support cross-functional teams, including means of acquisition, payments and won.
You have:
More than 8 years of experience in a creative role in B2B, SasS or agency.
You have experience as a creative leader in a brand, with a holistic approach to innovation, digital brand marketing.
He has created and led award-winning integrated marketing campaigns for multiple brands.
Experience designing and driving a campaign vision from start to finish. From launching the idea to seeing it with lights.
Strong feedback, coaching and relationship building skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and always solution-oriented.
Convenient to deal with multiple projects in parallel.
