As we seek to ambitiously grow our user base of over 300,000, we have an exciting opportunity for a diligent and organized chat scripter to join our team in helping us publish our chat content around the world.
Work description
Together with other scripters and data processing executives, you will be responsible for supporting the global implementation of our chat content, taking translated scripts and turning them into engaging and engaging content experiences for people around the world to participate and enjoy.
The successful candidate will be motivated, a confident communicator and a great team player who will be able to learn new systems quickly.
Building an innovative new chat platform marks an exciting new chapter for YouGov and we are looking for candidates who show enthusiasm to be a part of that.
What will I be delivering?
Use our custom chat CMS to provide scripting services for chat content editors
To take complex chat scripts from editors (in Excel / GoogleSheets), entering the questions, answers, and logical jumps into our custom CMS in an accurate and timely manner
Get comfortable working with multiple languages and make sure you pay close attention to detail when copying / pasting scripts into the CMS.
Test the logic of the conversation to make sure it is error-free, especially when using unknown languages
Use experience to liaise with internal clients, advise on best practices, and assist with problem solving.
Managing your own workload to ensure deadlines are met and standards are met.
Maintain excellent records management to have an accurate record of work performed as part of the service.
To ensure all management and reporting requests are accurate and delivered on time
Ratings
1-2 years of experience in a similar position, geared towards creating survey / data entry scripts.
The ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
Organized, efficient and diligent. It is imperative to pay close attention to details.
Ability to work with people of all levels.
Additional Information
The candidate will have the added benefit of working with a global YouGov Chat team, helping them to have great exposure.
Candidates based in Mumbai / Bangalore can apply for the position. The working days will be from Monday to Friday.
