We offer term life insurance and a variety of ancillary products including minor death and accidental death.
All leads are provided, no cold calling or prospecting.
High Earning Potential – Base plus commission with a first year average annual income of $ 70k- $ 80k. The best agents earn more than $ 150,000 a year. Our agents have the ability to be their own CEO & amp; employees can take charge of your career.

What you need to be successful:
Coachability & amp; Willingness to Learn – You will go through an extensive training program to prepare for Term Life Sales and SelectQuote, so you need to be willing to absorb this information and put it to use once you’re on the phone, as well as being open to constructive criticism on how to improve your process.
Competitive personality & amp; An internal motivation: You must have a drive to overcome customer objections and compete with yourself and other agents to be successful and reach new goals.
Time efficiency & amp; Tech Skills – Be efficient with your time and that of your clients. Learn when to drop a call and when to continue the discussion. Being able to multitask and manipulate multiple screens, including our software system, quote engine, and operator applications while continuing a conversation with the customer.
Positivity – It is important to be positive in this role and not allow your previous call to affect your current or future calls. The next call may be the one that gets you a sale!
Flexibility – As business needs change and to accommodate our customers, you may be required to adjust your schedule accordingly. This can include work nights and a few hours on Saturdays at times.
Training, experience & amp; Necessities:
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Life & amp; Health resident insurance license. If you do not have a license yet, you must obtain it before a certain deadline date (license costs will be refunded after successful completion of our training program)
Live in one of our remote states: AL, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
