As an account executive, you will help us maximize revenue and develop mid-market sales in Europe. You will partner with companies of all sizes to understand their product priorities and development philosophy, introducing them to the concept of product excellence. And you’ll work closely with our leadership team to help define everything from sales strategy to team culture.

Creation of a portfolio of net expansion and new opportunities
Drive revenue and own the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting for new leads, navigating the C-suite and line of business owners, negotiating contracts, and closing new and renewal deals with clients
Use solution selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close
Establish a strong relationship with the key stakeholders involved in the evaluation process.
Educate and convey the relevant and unique benefits of Productboard
Provide captivating product demos and guidance on industry best practices
Manage the contract negotiation process and the incoming contract negotiation process until closing.
Contribute to “tribal knowledge” regarding learnings, best practices and positioning
Exceed monthly income goals
About you
More than 7 years of experience in a closing position.
Passion, integrity, empathy, creativity, humility and determination
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
Advanced knowledge of sales coaching, best practices and sales methodology.
Previous history of constant improvement against the objectives
Ability to manage internal and high-speed sales cycles together
C-level sales experience, VP of Product, VP of Engineering or IT
Collaborative, structured, organized, detail-oriented mindset
Empathy, positive energy, and courage to fail quickly to succeed
Comfort with process and product ambiguity
Salesforce experience and passion for configuring and improving new workflows to increase efficiency.
